Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the various social grant beneficiaries, who excelled during the 2024 matric final exams.
With the 724 156 full-time learners who registered for that National Senior Certification (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, representing 81% from the registered pupils in the education sector.
These learners obtained a commendable pass rate of 86%.
